AAG 2025

Call for Workshops

AAG 2025 welcomes proposals for workshops that bridge the disciplines of architecture, structural engineering, manufacturing, mathematics, and computer science through the lens of geometry. The workshops will be held on Sunday and Monday, November 16–17, 2025, on the campus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As a key part of AAG, these workshops aim to connect cutting-edge research with eager and sophisticated learners, serving as a platform for sharing ideas and fostering experimentation.

We invite academics and practitioners working across disciplines to submit proposals. Workshop proposals should be submitted through the AAG 2025 Workshop Submission Form and must address the following key questions:

  • Title: Name of the workshop

  • Topic: A short abstract describing the principal topic and methods of the workshop

  • Learning Objective: Desired teaching intent and learning outcomes for workshop participants

  • Tutors: Participating tutors and their institutional or professional affiliations

  • Group Size: Expected number of participants

  • Prerequisites: Any prerequisite knowledge, software, or resources required

  • Images and Links: Any images and links that are representative of the content of the workshop

  • Resources: Additional resources needed. (Due to constraints on the number of participants, we discourage submissions requiring large spaces and advanced fabrication)

We look forward to your innovative contributions to AAG 2025!
